Tangy Pasta Chicken Salad bursting with a zesty blend of flavors — al dente pasta, juicy chicken, crunchy veggies, all in one bowl.


16 ozSan Giorgio® Rotini
1 can(12.5 oz) chunk white chicken
10 ozmandarin oranges, drained
1 cupseedless grapes, halved
1 cupcucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
6scallions, sliced
3/4 cuporange juice concentrate
1/4 cupolive oil
1/4 cupvinegar


  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, toss pasta with next 5 ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together. Pour prepared dressing over salad. Toss to coat.
