Tangy Pasta Chicken Salad bursting with a zesty blend of flavors — al dente pasta, juicy chicken, crunchy veggies, all in one bowl.

INGREDIENTS:
| 16 oz | San Giorgio® Rotini |
| 1 can | (12.5 oz) chunk white chicken |
| 10 oz | mandarin oranges, drained |
| 1 cup | seedless grapes, halved |
| 1 cup | cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped |
| 6 | scallions, sliced |
| 3/4 cup | orange juice concentrate |
| 1/4 cup | olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | vinegar |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In a large bowl, toss pasta with next 5 ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, whisk dressing ingredients together. Pour prepared dressing over salad. Toss to coat.
