Spice up your dinner with our Taco Skillet Lasagna. Layers of pasta, ground beef, and melted cheese — a delicious Tex-Mex twist on a classic dish.

INGREDIENTS:
| 6 oz | San Giorgio® Mafalda |
| 1 lb | lean ground beef |
| 1 pkg(1.25 oz.) | dry taco seasoning mix |
| 1 1/2 cups | hot water |
| 1/2 cup | small curd cottage cheese |
| 1/4 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 2 oz | shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 1 each | tomato, cored and chopped (optional) |
| chopped parsley (optional) | |
| sliced ripe olives (optional) |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown beef; stir in taco seasoning mix, then water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cottage and Parmesan cheese then pasta; heat through.
- Top with mozzarella cheese. Garnish with tomato, parsley and olives if desired.
