| 8 oz | San Giorgio® Elbow Macaroni |
| 2 Tbsps | vegetable oil |
| 2 lbs | beef cubes |
| 5 cups | water |
| 1 can | (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained |
| 2 cups | celery, sliced |
| 1 cup | onion, sliced |
| 1 Tbsp | chili powder |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | ground black pepper |
DIRECTIONS:
- In large saucepan, heat oil; cook meat until browned.
- Add remaining ingredients except pasta; mix well.
- Cover; simmer 1 hour 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Stir in pasta; cook, stirring frequently, about 8 minutes or until pasta is tender. Serve immediately.
