Asparagus and Chicken Pasta Toss

A satisfying mix of tender chicken, crisp asparagus, and al dente pasta tossed in a hearty meat sauce, a delicious and healthy meal, all in one.
|16 oz||San Giorgio® Ziti|
|8 oz||asparagus, trimmed and chopped into pieces|
|1/2 lb||chicken, cut into pieces|
|1/4 cup||olive oil|
|1 pint||cherry tomatoes, halved|
|2 each||garlic cloves, minced|
|3 oz||crumbled goat cheese|
|2 Tbsps||fresh chives, snipped|
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding asparagus cuts during last 2 minutes of cooking; drain.
- Meanwhile, in skillet, brown chicken in oil; cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes and garlic; cook 2 minutes more.
- Toss with hot pasta and asparagus; add cheese and chives.
