Roasted Peppers and Sausage Fettuccine

|1 large||red bell pepper, cut into strips|
|1 large||green bell pepper, cut into strips|
|1 large||onion, thinly sliced|
|2 large||garlic cloves, chopped|
|3 Tbsps||olive oil|
|1/2 cup||grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 tsp||dried basil leaves|
|1 lb||Italian sausage links|
|1 3/4 cups||diced tomatoes, undrained|
|12 oz||San Giorgio® Fettuccine|
|grated Parmesan cheese|
- Heat oven to 450º F.
- In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, toss peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil and basil; spread in even layer. Add sausage links.
- Bake 25 minutes, uncovered, stirring half-way through baking time. Stir in tomatoes with juice; bake 10 more minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Remove sausage and cut into thin slices; stir into pepper mixture. Toss hot pasta and pepper mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
