Roasted Peppers and Sausage Fettuccine

Enjoy a savory and satisfying meal with our Roasted Peppers and Sausage Fettuccine, featuring deliciously spiced sausage and fire-roasted peppers.


1 largered bell pepper, cut into strips
1 largegreen bell pepper, cut into strips
1 largeonion, thinly sliced
2 largegarlic cloves, chopped
3 Tbspsolive oil
1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1 tspdried basil leaves
1 lbItalian sausage links
1 3/4 cupsdiced tomatoes, undrained
12 ozSan Giorgio® Fettuccine
grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Heat oven to 450º F.
  2. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, toss peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil and basil; spread in even layer. Add sausage links.
  3. Bake 25 minutes, uncovered, stirring half-way through baking time.  Stir in tomatoes with juice; bake 10 more minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions.
  5. Remove sausage and cut into thin slices; stir into pepper mixture. Toss hot pasta and pepper mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
