Miso Butter Corn and Chive Linguine

Buttery, savory-sweet sauce with fresh corn and chives...fun and slurpable!

INGREDIENTS:

8 ozSan Giorgio Linguine
2 tbspbutter
1 tbspwhite miso
1 cupfresh corn (off the cob)
1/4 cupchopped chives
Juice of 1/2 lime

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Sauté corn in butter, stir in miso.
  2. Toss with cooked linguine, add chives.
  3. Finish with lime juice.
