Linguine with Shrimp Primavera

Enjoy a taste of spring with Linguini with Shrimp Primavera! This light, flavorful dish is packed with colorful veggies and succulent shrimp.
|8 oz||San Giorgio® Linguine|
|1 cup||Italian Vinaigrette dressing|
|1 lb||medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|1 medium||zucchini, sliced|
|1 medium||carrot, cut into julienne strips|
|4||green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces|
|2 Tbsps||chopped parsley|
|2 tsps||grated lemon peel|
|1/8 tsp||ground red pepper (cayenne)|
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- In large skillet, over medium heat, heat dressing; add remaining ingredients except cooked linguine.
- Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are no longer pink and vegetables are desired tenderness.
- Stir in cooked pasta; heat through. Serve immediately.
