Linguine with Clam Sauce

Indulge in a classic seafood favorite that’s both elegant and effortless.

INGREDIENTS:

12 oz.San Giorgio® Linguine
1/2 cupolive oil
4 eachgarlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp.all purpose flour
4 cans(6.5 oz.) chopped clams, undrained
1 1/2 cupsfinely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp.ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package direction; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat olive oil. Add garlic; cook until very lightly browned.  Blend in flour. Gradually stir in clams with liquid, parsley, salt and ground black pepper.

3.  Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over hot pasta.
