Italian Sausage, Peppers and Onions

INGREDIENTS:
| 12 oz | San Giorgio® Spaghetti |
| 1 Tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 | garlic cloves, chopped |
| 2 Tbsps | fresh oregano leaves |
| 1 lb | Italian sausage, cooked |
| 1 | red bell pepper, seeded and sliced |
| 1 | green bell pepper, seeded and sliced |
| 1 | white onion, sliced |
| 2 cups | pasta sauce |
| shredded Parmesan cheese |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add garlic, oregano and sausage. Cook until browned, stirring often to break up sausage. Add bell peppers and onion. Continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in pasta sauce and cooked pasta. Reduce heat to low and stir until sauce is heated, about 2 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
