Easy Christmas Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

A festive and flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken, sautéed mushrooms and peppers. This is quick to prepare, colorful, and perfect for holiday entertaining.

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz.San Giorgio® Farfalle
1/2Green pepper, chopped
1/2Red pepper, chopped
8 oz.Button mushroom, chopped
2 cupsCooked chicken, chopped
¼ cupGrated parmesan cheese
¼ cupOlive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tsp.Garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Add 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to pasta.

3. Saute peppers and mushrooms until crisp tender in 1 t olive oil.

4. Add chicken, heat thoroughly. Stir into pasta. Stir 1/4 grated parmesan cheese into the mix.
