Easy Christmas Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
A festive and flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken, sautéed mushrooms and peppers. This is quick to prepare, colorful, and perfect for holiday entertaining.

INGREDIENTS:
| 8 oz. | San Giorgio® Farfalle |
| 1/2 | Green pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 | Red pepper, chopped |
| 8 oz. | Button mushroom, chopped |
| 2 cups | Cooked chicken, chopped |
| ¼ cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
| ¼ cup | Olive oil |
| Salt and pepper | |
| 1 tsp. | Garlic powder |
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Add 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder to pasta.
3. Saute peppers and mushrooms until crisp tender in 1 t olive oil.
4. Add chicken, heat thoroughly. Stir into pasta. Stir 1/4 grated parmesan cheese into the mix.
