Creamy Summer Pea & Ham Pasta Shells

A summery mac and cheese with sweet peas, smoky ham, and shells in a silky, cheesy sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

8 ozSan Giorgio Large Shells
1 cupfrozen peas
1/2 cupdiced ham
2/3 cupshredded mozzarella or mild cheddar
1/2 cupmilk
Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on box, leave in pot to stay warm on low heat.
  2. Stir milk and cheese into hot shells until creamy.
  3. Mix in peas and ham; stir until warmed through.
