|2 cups||1% low fat milk|
|3 Tbsps||all purpose flour|
|1/4 tsp||ground black pepper|
|8 oz||shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese|
|1/4 cup||grated Parmesan cheese (optional)|
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, stir together milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
