INGREDIENTS:
| 12 oz | San Giorgio® Elbow Macaroni |
| 2 cups | 1% low fat milk |
| 1 Tbsp | butter |
| 3 Tbsps | all purpose flour |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | ground black pepper |
| 8 oz | shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese |
| 1/4 cup | grated Parmesan cheese (optional) |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, stir together milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Stir together hot cooked pasta and cheese sauce; serve immediately.
