Weeknight Chicken Lo Mein
Keep it quick and easy with our Weeknight Chicken Lo Mein. Tender noodles, juicy chicken, and crisp veggies tossed in a savory sauce — yum!
|8 oz||San Giorgio® Spaghetti|
|2 Tbsps||reduced sodium soy sauce|
|2 Tbsps||oyster sauce|
|1 tsp||sesame oil|
|1/2 tsp||ground ginger|
|1/2 tsp||sriracha hot chili sauce|
|1 Tbsp||olive oil|
|2||garlic cloves, minced|
|1 cup||mushrooms, sliced|
|1||red bell pepper, thinly sliced|
|1 cup||broccoli slaw|
|1 cup||cooked, chopped chicken|
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- For the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger and Sriracha sauce; set aside.
- For the stir fry: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper and broccoli slaw. Stir fry about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add chicken, cooked pasta, and sauce and stir until heated through. Serve immediately.
