Smoky Mac N Cheese
A delicious, creamy, and smoky baked macaroni and cheese — rich, comforting, and perfect for holiday gatherings.

INGREDIENTS:
| 2 | 2 Links of smoky, pre-cooked sausage |
| 1 Box | Elbow macaroni |
| 1 | Stick of butter |
| 1 | dash Salt |
| 1 | dash Pepper |
| 2-3 tbsp. | Flour |
| 5 cups | Milk |
| 2 | Packs of shredded Velveeta cheese |
| 1 | Pack of crumbled Ritz crackers |
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook pasta then set aside.
2. Fry sausage set aside.
3. Melt butter add flour salt & pepper.
4. Add milk. Add extra if dry.
5. Add 2 packs shredded Velveeta cheese.
6. Add macaroni.
7. Add sausage.
8. Pour in greased pan.
9. Pour cracker crumbs.
10. Bake 350 until bubbling.
