Pepperoni Pizza Bake

INGREDIENTS:
| 12 oz | San Giorgio® Penne Rigate |
| 1 can | (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce |
| 1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | onion powder |
| 6 oz | sliced pepperoni |
| 1/4 cup | sliced olives |
| 1 1/2 cups | shredded mozzarella cheese, divided |
| crushed red pepper flakes (optional) | |
| grated Parmesan cheese (optional) |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine pizza sauce, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir in cooked pasta, pepperoni, olives and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon into a deep, round 8-inch baking pan. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake, uncovered 15 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with crushed red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
