Pepperoni Pizza Bake

Get your pizza fix with our Pepperoni Pizza Bake. This cheesy, meaty, saucy dish will make any night feel like pizza night.


12 ozSan Giorgio® Penne Rigate
1 can(15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
6 ozsliced pepperoni
1/4 cupsliced olives
1 1/2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese, divided
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.  Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pizza sauce, garlic powder and onion powder.  Stir in cooked pasta, pepperoni, olives and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  3. Spoon into a deep, round 8-inch baking pan.  Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake, uncovered 15 minutes, or until heated through.  Serve with crushed red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
