Pepperoni Pizza Bake

Get your pizza fix with our Pepperoni Pizza Bake. This cheesy, meaty, saucy dish will make any night feel like pizza night.
|12 oz||San Giorgio® Penne Rigate|
|1 can||(15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce|
|1/2 tsp||garlic powder|
|1 tsp||onion powder|
|6 oz||sliced pepperoni|
|1/4 cup||sliced olives|
|1 1/2 cups||shredded mozzarella cheese, divided|
|crushed red pepper flakes (optional)|
|grated Parmesan cheese (optional)|
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine pizza sauce, garlic powder and onion powder. Stir in cooked pasta, pepperoni, olives and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Spoon into a deep, round 8-inch baking pan. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake, uncovered 15 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with crushed red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
