You’ll love our Quick and Easy Classic Lasagna with alternating layers of pasta, sauce, ground beef, and ricotta cheese, all baked to bubbly perfection.
|16 oz||San Giorgio® Lasagna|
|15 oz||ricotta cheese|
|1 jar||(24 oz) pasta sauce|
|1 lb||bulk Italian sausage|
|8 oz||shredded mozzarella cheese|
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Lay pasta out on a cookie sheet and cover with damp paper towels.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine ricotta and eggs. On bottom of lightly greased 13×9-inch baking dish, spread 1/4 cup pasta sauce. Add a layer of pasta and top with half the ricotta cheese mixture, sausage, pasta sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layering. Top with parsley.
- Cover; bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
