16 ozSan Giorgio® Lasagna
15 ozricotta cheese
1 jar(24 oz) pasta sauce
1 lbbulk Italian sausage
8 ozshredded mozzarella cheese
chopped parsley


  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Lay pasta out on a cookie sheet and cover with damp paper towels.
  3. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  4. Combine ricotta and eggs. On bottom of lightly greased 13×9-inch baking dish, spread 1/4 cup pasta sauce. Add a layer of pasta and top with half the ricotta cheese mixture, sausage, pasta sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layering. Top with parsley.
  5. Cover; bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
