Pasta and Vegetable Toss

A colorful medley of al dente pasta and vibrant veggies, tossed in a fragrant sauce that tantalizes your taste buds with every savory bite.

INGREDIENTS:
| 16 oz | San Giorgio® Fettuccine |
| 1/2 cup | onion, chopped |
| 1 | garlic clove, chopped |
| 1 tsp | Italian seasoning |
| 1 Tbsp | olive oil |
| 1/4 cup | water |
| 2 tsps | beef bouillon |
| 2 cups | broccoli florets |
| 2 cups | zucchini, sliced |
| 8 oz | fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced |
| 1 | red bell pepper, cut into strips |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In large skillet, cook onion, garlic and Italian seasoning in oil until tender.
- Add water, bouillon and vegetables. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Toss with hot pasta. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
