INGREDIENTS:
| 6 oz | San Giorgio® Thin Spaghetti |
| non-stick cooking spray | |
| 1 lb | boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes |
| 1 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | dried Italian herbs |
| 1/2 cup | chicken broth |
| 1 pkg | (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables |
| 1/2 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add chicken. Cook 5 minutes, or until no longer pink.
- Add garlic powder, herbs and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in vegetables, reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
- Combine vegetable mixture with pasta and top with cheese.
