| Uncooked lobster meat (can sub shrimp or scallops) | |
| Lemon juice | |
| Chopped parsley | |
| 1 Box of San Giorgio® fettuccine |
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook fettuccini according to package instructions
2. Heat oil and butter in fry pan on medium. Lower temperature and add a splash of lemon juice and the lobster meat
3. Saute lightly and serve over fettuccini. Garnish with parsley
