INGREDIENTS:

Olive oil
Butter
Uncooked lobster meat (can sub shrimp or scallops)
Lemon juice
Chopped parsley
1 Box of San Giorgio® fettuccine

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook fettuccini according to package instructions

2. Heat oil and butter in fry pan on medium. Lower temperature and add a splash of lemon juice and the lobster meat

3. Saute lightly and serve over fettuccini. Garnish with parsley
