INGREDIENTS:
| 16 oz | San Giorgio® Linguine |
| 10 1/2 oz | red clam sauce |
| 1/4 lb | white fish fillets (i.e., flounder or sole) cut into 1-inch pieces |
| 3 oz | imitation crabmeat |
| 8 medium | fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined |
| 1/3 cup | onion, chopped |
| 1/4 cup | green pepper, chopped |
| 1 each | garlic clove, minced |
| 1/8 tsp | dried basil leaves |
| 1/8 tsp | dried oregano leaves |
| 2 Tbsps | grated Parmesan cheese |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients except cheese. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer until fish flakes easily with fork and shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes.
- Serve seafood sauce over pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
