Fettuccine and Cabbage

Discover a surprisingly delicious combo with our Fettuccine and Cabbage. Tender pasta combined with sweet, sautéed cabbage, all in one satisfying dish.

INGREDIENTS:

1 eachonion, chopped
1/2 lbthick sliced bacon, diced
1 eachhead of cabbage, chopped
1 tspsalt
1/2 tsppaprika
1/8 tspfreshly ground black pepper
16 ozSan Giorgio® Fettuccine

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In large skillet fry bacon until crisp. Drain fat, leaving 4 tablespoons.
  2. Add onion, cabbage, salt, paprika, and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  4. Toss cabbage and bacon mixture with pasta. Serve immediately.
