Fettuccine Alfredo

A classic side-dish made easy ~ just the right touch of Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and ground black pepper.


8 ozSan Giorgio® Fettuccine
1/4 cupmargarine
1 cuphalf and half
1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tspground nutmeg
1/8 tspground black pepper
1 Tbspchopped parsley (optional)


  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. In large skillet, over medium heat, melt margarine; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Heat through.
  3. Serve immediately with hot cooked pasta and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
