A classic side-dish made easy ~ just the right touch of Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and ground black pepper.
|8 oz||San Giorgio® Fettuccine|
|1 cup||half and half|
|1/2 cup||grated Parmesan cheese|
|1/8 tsp||ground nutmeg|
|1/8 tsp||ground black pepper|
|1 Tbsp||chopped parsley (optional)|
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In large skillet, over medium heat, melt margarine; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Heat through.
- Serve immediately with hot cooked pasta and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
