Creamy Citrus-Herb Spinach Penne

|1 pkg||(8.8 oz) San Giorgio® Homestyle™ Penne|
|2 Tbsps||all purpose flour|
|1/4 cup||grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 Tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 tsp||lemon zest|
|2 Tbsps||parsley, chopped|
|1 tsp||fresh rosemary, stemmed and chopped|
|1/2 tsp||thyme leaves|
|2 cups||fresh baby spinach leaves|
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir until incorporated into butter. Continue to cook and stir for 1 minute. Do not brown.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Stir in parsley, rosemary and thyme. Simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce begins to thicken, about 3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan, lemon juice and zest. Add cooked pasta and spinach. Cook and stir until spinach wilts and all ingredients are well coated.
