BBQ Mac Salad

Creamy macaroni salad, zesty barbecue sauce, and crunchy veggies. Our BBQ Mac Salad is the perfect addition to any summer picnic.


3 cupsSan Giorgio® Elbow Macaroni
1 cupbarbecue sauce
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1 cupfrozen corn, thawed
1red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cupcelery, sliced thin
3green onions, sliced
salt and ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. Add corn, bell pepper, celery and green onions. Fold in reserved pasta.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve room temperature or chilled.
