Creamy Roasted Carrot & Parmesan Rotini
Sweet roasted carrots blended into a creamy, vitamin-packed orange sauce that is perfect for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS:
| 8 oz | San Giorgio Protein Rotini |
| 3 | large carrots, peeled & chopped |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 1/2 cup | milk |
| 1/2 cup | grated parmesan |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| Salt & Pepper |
DIRECTIONS:
- Roast carrots and garlic at 425°F with olive oil, 20 min.
- Cook pasta per directions on box, set aside.
- Blend carrots/garlic with milk, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Toss with hot rotini and serve extra cheese on top.
