Linguine with Clam Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
12 oz. | San Giorgio® Linguine |
1/2 cup | olive oil |
4 each | garlic cloves, minced |
1 Tbsp. | all purpose flour |
4 cans | (6.5 oz.) chopped clams, undrained |
1 1/2 cups | finely chopped parsley |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/4 tsp. | ground black pepper |
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare pasta according to package direction; drain.
2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, heat olive oil. Add garlic; cook until very lightly browned. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in clams with liquid, parsley, salt and ground black pepper.
3. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over hot pasta.
