Ingredients:

12 oz San Giorgio®® Spaghetti
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 lb lean ground beef
16 oz salsa
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  queso fresco, crumbled
  jalapeno peppers, fresh, sliced

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Keep warm.

2.  Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

3.  Sauté onion and bell pepper 2 minutes. Add beef and brown. Drain any excess fat, if necessary.

4.  Add salsa and barbecue sauce. Bring to a boil.

5.  Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. 

6.  Serve over spaghetti and garnish with cheese and jalapenos.
