non-stick cooking spray
  For the Salad:
1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
12 oz San Giorgio® Trio Italiano®
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/3 cup sliced green onions
  For the Dressing:
1 cup Ranch salad dressing
1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsps prepared horseradish

Cooking Directions:

For the salad:

1.  In a medium skillet, spray with non-stick cooking spray and sauté beef over medium heat until desired doneness; drain.  Cool in refrigerator.

2.  Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. 

3.  In large bowl, stir together cooled pasta, beef, tomato, peas and onion.

For the dressing:

4.  In small bowl, stir together dressing, milk and horseradish; pour 1 cup dressing over salad and toss. Cover; refrigerate.

5.  Before serving, toss with remaining dressing.
