Ingredients:

12 oz San Giorgio® Tricolor Rotini
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

2.  In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; gradually stir in cheese then cream until well blended. Continue heating sauce, stirring constantly, just to boiling point.

3.  Remove from heat; stir in parsley and toss with hot cooked pasta.
