Ingredients:

16 oz San Giorgio®® Spaghetti
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 jars (24 oz.) pasta sauce
16 oz (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mixture
  grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Coat large nonstick skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook and stir chicken until lightly browned.

3.  Add pasta sauce and vegetable. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

4.  Serve with hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
