Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio® Rotini
3 Tbsps olive oil, divided
1 small green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut in ½ inch pieces
2 each garlic cloves, chopped
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1/2 tsp thyme leaves

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

2.  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium heat, sauté green and red bell peppers and onion with remaining 2 tablespoons oil until tender; remove.

3.  In same skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté pork until lightly browned.

4.  Add chopped garlic, pasta sauce and thyme; reduce heat and simmer partially uncovered 20 minutes or until pork is tender, stirring occasionally. Add cooked vegetables.

5.  Serve with hot cooked pasta.
