Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio® Rotini
1 lb lean ground beef
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 pkg (1.25 oz.) dry taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
  shredded Cheddar cheese
  crushed tortilla chips (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender. Pour off fat.

3.  Add tomatoes, taco seasoning mix and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.

43.  Serve over cooked pasta; top with cheese and tortilla chips if desired.
