12 oz San Giorgio® Tricolor Rotini
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 can (4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
3/4 cup radishes, sliced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps parsley, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 tsp dried oregano leaves

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In large bowl, toss hot cooked pasta with cheese, olives, radishes, onion and cucumber until well blended.

3.  In small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic and oregano.  Toss with pasta mixture until evenly coated. Salt and pepper to taste.

4.  Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
