Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio® Orzo
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp flour
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium heat, heat oil; stir in flour.

3.  Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and ground black pepper. Cook and stir until thickened.

4.  Add cooked pasta; toss to coat. Heat through. If desired, serve with Parmesan cheese.
