Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio®® Manicotti
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 each garlic cloves, chopped
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 each eggs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350º F.

2.  In large skillet, over medium heat, brown meat; pour off fat .Add onion and garlic; cook and stir in until tender. Stir in pasta sauce.

3.  In medium bowl, combine 2 cups mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, spinach, eggs, and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Fill pasta with cheese mixture. Arrange in grease 13x9-inch baking dish. Spoon sauce evenly over pasta. Cover; bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
