Ingredients:

6 oz San Giorgio®® Large Shells
1/2 lb bulk Italian sausage
2/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1 each garlic clove, chopped
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1 container (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 each egg

Cooking Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350º F.  Prepare pasta (about 20 shells) according to package directions; drain. 

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown meat, onion and garlic; pour off fat. Stir in pasta sauce. 

3.  In large bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and egg. Stuff pasta shells with cheese mixture.

4.  In 13x9x2-inch baking dish, pour half the sauce mixture; arrange stuffed pasta in sauce. Top with remaining sauce.

5.  Cover; bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes longer.
