12 oz San Giorgio®® Egg Fettuccine
6 Tbsps butter
4 cups fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 lb cooked ham, cubed
2 tsps garlic, finely chopped
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions. 

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter; add mushrooms, ham and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

3.  Add peas; heat through. Add remaining butter; stir until melted.

4.  Toss hot cooked pasta thoroughly with mushroom mixture; season to taste with salt, pepper and cheese, if desired.
