Ingredients:

4 oz San Giorgio®® Angel Hair
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2  red bell pepper, cut into strips
zucchini, sliced
2 Tbsps butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups half and half

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions.

2.  In large skillet, cook mushrooms, bell pepper and zucchini in margarine or butter until vegetables are tender.

3.  Stir in cheese and garlic powder then half-and-half.

4.  Add cooked pasta; heat through (do not boil). Serve immediately.
