Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio® Rotini
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 lb boneless skinless turkey, cut into strips
1 cup broccoli florets
1 each carrot, sliced diagonally
1 each red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsps light soy sauce
1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
2 each garlic cloves, minced
2 tsps sesame seeds
1 Tbsp cornstarch

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

2.  In a nonstick skillet, heat oil and saute turkey until golden. Remove turkey and set aside.

3.  Add broccoli, carrot and red pepper to remaining oil in skillet; saute until vegetables  are tender-crisp.

4.  In a medium bowl combine ketchup, soy sauce, broth, garlic and sesame seeds. Whisk cornstarch in broth mixture and add to skillet.

5.  Cook, stirring constantly, until just thickened.

6.  Return turkey to skillet; heat through. Toss pasta with turkey mixture.
