Ingredients:

16 oz San Giorgio® Rotini
16 oz mild salsa
16 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (11 oz.) corn, drained
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
2 cups lightly crushed tortilla chips
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

3.  In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, salsa, beans and corn plus half of the cheese.  Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

4.  Place in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Top with chips and remainder of cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
