Ingredients:

12 oz San Giorgio® Rotini
1 cup pimiento stuffed olives, sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 each garlic cloves, minced
2/3 cup vegetable oil
15 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz Great Northern white beans, drained
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.

2.  Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together olives, parsley, onion, vinegar and garlic. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in oil. Add cooled pasta and beans. Toss lightly until well blended. Season to taste, cover.

3.  Refrigerate to blend flavors.
