16 oz San Giorgio® Cavatappi
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/2"-thick slices

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions. 

2.  In large saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk.

3.  Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until sauce thickens. Stir in salt. Add cheese; stir until cheese melts.

4.  Add pasta and sausage; heat through.
