Ingredients:

16 oz San Giorgio® Fettuccine
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
3/4 lb small fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsps parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with oil; add shrimp, parsley, salt and crushed red pepper.

3.  Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

4.  Toss hot pasta and sauce.
