Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups (16 oz.) Alfredo sauce
1 cup prepared pesto
1 3/4 cups hot water
12 oz San Giorgio®® Oven Ready Penne
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Directions:


1.  Preheat oven to 400°F.  Coat a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.  Add Alfredo sauce, pesto and water.  Stir until well blended.

2.  Pour uncooked pasta into dish and stir to coat evenly.  Bake 15 minutes uncovered.

3.  Remove from oven and stir thoroughly.  Top with mozzarella cheese.  Return dish to oven and bake uncovered 15 more minutes.

4.  Remove from oven and let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
