Ingredients:

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 lbs beef cubes
5 cups water
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cups celery, sliced
1 cup onion, sliced
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
8 oz San Giorgio® Elbow Macaroni

Cooking Directions:

1. In large saucepan, heat oil; cook meat until browned.

2. Add remaining ingredients except pasta; mix well.

3. Cover; simmer 1 hour 30 minutes or until meat is tender.

4. Stir in pasta; cook, stirring frequently, about 8 minutes or until pasta is tender. Serve immediately.
