Ingredients:

8 oz San Giorgio®® Wheels
1/2 lb ground beef
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
  chopped parsley

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. In a small skillet, cook ground beef; drain.

2.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.

3.  In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, beef, sauce and 1 cup cheese; mix well. Turn into greased 2-1/2 quart shallow baking dish; cover.

4.  Bake 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

5.  Uncover; top with remaining 1 cup cheese and parsley. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
