8 oz San Giorgio®® Ziti
1 jar (24 oz.) red pepper pasta sauce
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 Tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine pasta sauce, carrots, capers, oregano and (if desired) red pepper.  Bring to a boil; reduce heat.  Cover, simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.  Toss sauce with hot cooked pasta.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
