16 oz San Giorgio® Ziti Rigati
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 each garlic cloves, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
2 Tbsps capers, drained (optional)
1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package direction; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Cook garlic until golden, about 1 minute; do not burn.

3.  Add tomatoes, olives, capers, basil, red peppers and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4.  Toss hot pasta, sauce and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
