Ingredients:

16 oz San Giorgio®® Spaghetti
1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, cut into 1/2"-thick slices
3/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup onion, chopped
2 each garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 jars (24 oz.) pasta sauce
1 jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, over medium heat, sauté sliced sausage, green bell pepper, onion and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender.

3.  Add pasta sauce and mushrooms. Cover; simmer 20 minutes.

4.  Stir cooked pasta into sauce; heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
