Ingredients:

3 Tbsps olive oil, divided
1 1/2 cups onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
2 each garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
16 oz San Giorgio®® Spaghetti
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper and garlic; cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes, or until tender. Remove vegetables; set aside.

2.  Add remaining oil to skillet; cook chicken 8 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked.

3.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

4.  Add pasta sauce and vegetables to chicken. Cook 5 minutes, or until sauce is heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5.  Serve chicken and sauce over hot cooked pasta; serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
